The Open Carry with Training Bill (H3094) will be on the House calendar for Wednesday, May 12, 2021. Look for the Constitutional Carry amendment to this bill to be pushed again on the floor.
This is where the Open Carry bill is right now. It DID pass the Senate with several amendments. I personally don’t think there’s anything that would give the House heartburn to concur with. Well, this week has been interesting. H3094 received a strange 2nd reading for a contested bill and several amendments were adopted, but it will now go into DAY 3 of amendments & debate.
