I refuse to be compliant or silent any longer against those who want to rob us of our freedoms.

I believe that the 2nd Amendment to the constitution of these United States gives us the God given right to own and use whatever weapons necessary to protect myself, my family and friends against those who would wish to do them harm.  We are surrounded by leadership who would do everything within their power to destroy the 2nd Amendment and make it null and void.  Our duty is to stand up and be counted.  We should be a voice that says NO MORE.  I hope you will join with me in doing just that.

I agree with your assesment. When the victim that was shoved violently pulled his handgun the agressor was shown as moving away from the victim. He was not being threatened with serious bodily injury or death. Now, had the agressor advanced on him with a baseball bat or tire iron then that would be different.

I support constitutional carry in SC. Do you? Sign the petition!

Do You Support Constitutional Carry in SC?

The Second Amendment to the U.S. Constitution clearly states that the right of the people to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed. Requiring law-abiding citizens to ask government permission through the permit system before they can exercise their constitutional right to bear arms is a clear violation of that right. Constitutional Carry would allow every law-abiding South Carolina citizen the freedom to carry a gun to protect themselves and their families without needless delays and fees.

If you support the right of South Carolina citizens to protect liberty and the right of individuals to defend themselves and their families, please sign this petition to call on members of the South Carolina General Assembly to both cosponsor and seek roll call votes on a South Carolina Constitutional Carry bill.
