The 123rd Session of the South Carolina General Assembly will begin next week. Several bills related to firearms were prefiled last month in preparation for this session. We have compiled a listing of these bills. As of the writing of this blog post, there are at least 20 bills that are being referred to the Judiciary Committee of the House and the Senate.
