Yes. Nobody should be required to seek a permit to invoke a Constitutional right.
Do you support open carry with a permit?
No. I do support offering a permit to provide legal protection to our residents who decide to travel armed to other states that might require permits and who offer reciprocity so they can avoid legal issues while traveling.
Do you support open carry without a permit?
Yes.
Are you in favor of gun registration?
No. The government does not need to know what guns I own or those that you own.
Are you in favor of the expansion of background checks to purchase a firearm? If yes, please explain.
