South Carolina Carry Board Elects New President and Vice President
Greenville, SC - The South Carolina Carry, Inc. (SC Carry) board of directors elected Sherra Scott as the board president and James Moffitt as vice-president during their June board meeting.
Scott was chosen by the board for her dedication to firearms education, safety, belief in preserving firearms rights for law abiding citizens, and her previous experience on nonprofit boards. She is co-owner of Sandhill Shooting Sports, LLC, a shooting range in Lugoff, South Carolina, a firearms instructor, wife, and mother.
Moffitt is a lifelong advocate of gun rights and brings as well IT and social media skills. He is a former law enforcement officer and shooting sports enthusiast. James is also the founder of Palmetto Concealed Carry which encourages law abiding gun owners in South Carolina to pursue their CWP training and to adopt a personal or family self defense plan.
